1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your preferences (such as language or consent choices) and to operate features that need state across pages.
We also use:
- Local storage and session storage (browser-native data stores) for consent state and authenticated portal session state
- Server-side cookies for authentication (when you sign in to a Conscierra portal)
2. What we use
We use cookies and storage for four purposes:
1. Strictly necessary
Required for the site and portals to function:
- Session cookies for authenticated portal access (via Microsoft Entra ID / MSAL)
- CSRF protection tokens
- Cookie-consent preference storage (so you don’t see the consent banner every page)
These cannot be disabled if you use the site.
2. Functional
Improve your experience but not strictly required:
- Language preference (where applicable; conscierra.id offers English + Bahasa Indonesia)
- Layout / display preferences in authenticated portals
You can disable these via the cookie consent banner.
3. Analytics
Help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it:
- Microsoft Application Insights (page views, performance, error tracking)
- Aggregated; does not identify individuals
You can disable these via the cookie consent banner.
4. Marketing
Measure campaign effectiveness:
- Currently not in use on our public sites
- If we add marketing cookies in future, they will be opt-in via the consent banner
We do NOT set third-party advertising cookies. We do not sell or share cookie-derived data with advertising networks.
3. Consent
On your first visit you will see a cookie consent banner. Your choices are saved in local storage on your device for 180 days; after that period you’ll be prompted again.
You can change your preferences at any time:
Also available as the “Cookie preferences” link in our footer on every page.
For visitors from jurisdictions with stricter consent regimes (Singapore PDPA, Indonesian PDPL), the consent banner applies the equivalent local standard — Functional, Analytics and Marketing categories require explicit opt-in before any cookie in that category is set.
4. Sub-processors that may set cookies
The following Microsoft Azure services support our sites and may set strictly-necessary cookies or storage:
- Microsoft Entra ID (authentication for portal sign-in)
- Microsoft Application Insights (browser telemetry, when consented)
- Azure Front Door (delivery + security; sets routing cookies in some configurations)
- Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-spam verification on the contact form, when active)
Microsoft Australia / Microsoft Ireland data processing terms apply.
5. Managing your browser
You can also clear or block cookies via your browser settings. Disabling strictly-necessary cookies may prevent the portal sign-in and contact form from working.
