Environment
Sustainability
Every Conscierra-built platform deploys to Azure regions powered by Microsoft's renewable-energy commitments. We optimise for compute efficiency by default — fewer wasted cycles, smaller carbon footprint, lower running cost. We help clients consolidate SaaS sprawl into a single platform; the unintended-but-real benefit is dramatically less duplicated infrastructure.

Inclusivity
WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the binding accessibility baseline on every public surface we build — checked by axe-core in CI, not added at the end. Internally, we make hiring decisions on craft and character, not pedigree. The team's composition reflects that.
Community
Community partnership
Conscierra contributes engineering time, platform access, and sponsorship to community organisations across Brisbane and South-East Queensland. Real ones. We don't do logo-on-website partnerships — when we partner, we show up.
Conduct
Ethical engagement
We say no. Engagements that conflict with our values — dark patterns, manipulative MarTech, surveillance for its own sake — we don't take. The "tech for good" line isn't marketing; it filters which projects we accept.

The standards we hold ourselves to.
- AI Safety
- Every AI feature on a Conscierra platform has a human in the loop. We refuse Tier 4 (autonomous action affecting end users) work. ISO/IEC 42001 alignment is the framework.
- Data sovereignty
- Client data resides in the Australian region by default. Sub-processors that would move data offshore require explicit DPA authorisation. AI tooling does not touch regulated data without an explicit amendment.
- Transparent pricing
- Fixed-price per phase. No surprise consultant invoices. No per-ticket billing. The "5× faster than a traditional agency" is the value, not a hidden margin.
- Local economy
- Australian-incorporated. ABN-billed. Australian-resident team. We pay tax here and our money stays in the local economy. Most clients we serve are AU-based small and mid-market businesses.

We don't publish generic "we support charity X" framing without a real, named, current relationship — so the framework above stands until the named list is ready.
