How we engage
Pricing — recurring first, builds on top.
Managed IT runs your operating layer day-to-day on published tier pricing. Platform Builds and AI Enablement add custom platform depth on top when you’re ready. Marketing Technology ties it all together. One commercial relationship, four product lines, all aligned to your operating shape.
Lead — recurring operating layer
Managed IT — five tiers, published prices.
Headline tier prices are public so you can size up before the call. Each tier inherits everything below it (Gold = Silver + Gold-specific; Platinum = Gold + Platinum-specific). Existing clients get 50% off Silver / Gold / Platinum base for their first 12 months on conversion.

What the headline price does and doesn’t cover
- Covered: base tier services (cumulative — Gold inherits Silver, Platinum inherits Gold), portal seats, included incident allowance for the tier, standard support hours (7am–7pm AEST).
- Separate: per-server fees ($100/$150/$200/mo at Silver/Gold/Platinum) · per-network fees (same scale) · hourly over-allowance rates · after-hours response · onsite hours beyond the included pool.
- Add-ons: Defender Stack · SIEM Monitoring · Conscierra AI-Augmented Security Monitoring · Purview Suite · Compliance-as-a-Service (Essential 8 / APRA CPS 234 / ACSC ISM) · stack on any tier from Silver upward, priced separately.
- Microsoft licensing: Conscierra licence profiles (Secure Basics → Secure Frontier on E7) cover Microsoft 365 licences; billed separately at retail or via CSP.

Build entry point
Ready to build a platform on top? Start with Discovery.
1–2 weeks. Workshops with your team, SaaS audit, visual prototype, written platform spec. You leave knowing what your platform looks like and what it costs — whether or not you build it with us.
Discovery is free for qualified clients. Tyre-kickers don’t keep the artefacts; clients who proceed have already done the unknown-removal work before any money moves.
The build model
Phases, not estimates.
Each phase ships something real before the next one starts. No “we’ll know more in six months” — every 4–8 weeks the platform takes a meaningful step.

Discovery
1–2 weeks
Workshops, SaaS audit, visual prototype, written platform spec. Outputs: written platform spec + visual prototype + SaaS replacement map. You leave knowing what your platform looks like and what it costs — whether or not you build it with us.
Free for qualified clients
- 2
Phase 1 build
4–8 weeks
The platform exists. Core modules, real data, real users. Fixed price; ISO-aligned governance; ships behind your Entra ID. The platform takes a meaningful step.
- 3
Phase 2+
4–8 weeks each
Iterative depth — integrations, dashboards, automations, additional modules. Same cadence, same price discipline. Each phase ships something real before the next starts.
- 4
Retainer transition
Ongoing
Once the platform is steady-state, transition to retainer for evolution + Conscierra-managed operations. The framework upgrades that ship to every client ship to you.
By product line
Engagement shapes vary by product line.
Four product lines, different engagement shapes. Managed IT and Marketing Technology engage continuously; Platform Builds and AI Enablement engage in phases. The shape that fits depends on what you’re solving.
Managed IT
Model: Month-to-month or annual; five tiers (Bronze through Platinum+); add-ons stack independently. Headline tier prices published above; specific quotes scope per-server / per-network fees, hourly over-allowance, security add-ons, and existing-client discount eligibility.
Posture: One monthly retainer covering the service. Azure infrastructure separate, at cost. No per-seat PSA / RMM / CSP-portal / security-vendor padding.
See Managed IT →Platform Builds
Model: Discovery → Phase 1 → Phase 2+ → Retainer transition. Indicative: Platform Builds engagements typically run from a focused Phase 1 build for a small team through to multi-phase programmes for established mid-market operations — starting from around AUD $20K for Tier 1 Micro businesses.
Posture: Contact us to scope against your business. Detailed tier-by-tier pricing lives in the sales conversation, not on the public site.
See Platform Builds →AI Enablement
Model: Fixed-price services. Strategy Workshop is the entry point (starting from AUD $2,000); other services scoped per engagement. Bundled or sequential.
Posture: Strategy Workshop fee credits against a Platform Build Phase 1 quote within 90 days if you progress that direction.
See AI Enablement →Marketing Technology
Model: Project-based per scope. Conscierra ties the MarTech stack your business already uses into the platform’s customer-data spine; integration partners, not replacements.
Posture: Scoping conversation drives the quote. MarTech is the operational glue, not the centre of the stack.

Ownership
You own what should be yours. We retain what makes us fast.
You own your production code (mirrored to your Azure DevOps), your data, and your Azure infrastructure. On production deployment of each phase and full payment, source code + database content + documentation + Infrastructure-as-Code all transfer to you. The right to take everything to your own Azure tenant is in the contract — not a discretionary policy, a written one.
We retain XCentral-Framework — the proprietary IP that built and continues to improve your platform. Every release we ship improves your platform too, free under retainer. We get faster as we ship more; you get the upgrade.
What public pricing does and doesn’t tell you
Headline prices are the start, not the quote.
The Managed IT tier prices above are public so you can size up before calling. They cover the base service. The full quote layers per-server / per-network fees, hourly over-allowance assumptions, security add-ons, and the licence profile that fits your team — all of which depend on your specific environment.
For Platform Builds, AI Enablement, and Marketing Technology, scope-led pricing replaces fixed tier tables — every engagement has a different shape, and a public Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3 grid would give a misleading number to readers whose scope doesn’t match the assumption.
So we keep the public framing honest: published prices where they hold, indicative ranges where they don’t, free Discovery for qualified clients, named-quote conversations for specifics. If you want the number, talk to us — we’ll scope it in days, not weeks.
Start a conversation.
A 30-minute conversation, no hard sell. Tell us what you’re running today — or where the cost shape isn’t fitting. We’ll scope it.
