The security framework

Our security framework replaces 3–4 separate SaaS products with one integrated module.

Most MSPs assemble their security service from third-party SaaS — typically a security posture reporter, a compliance evidence collector, a phishing simulator, a password manager dashboard, a vulnerability scanner. Each is a separate vendor, a separate per-seat licence, a separate dashboard, a separate data silo, and a separate audit-time export.

Our security framework is one module in our platform. It pulls from Microsoft 365 and Azure native security telemetry (Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Sentinel where in scope), reconciles with our CSP licensing module, integrates with our incident response workflow, generates compliance evidence aligned with ISO 27001 controls, and surfaces all of it through the same client portal your team already uses. No separate dashboards. No separate logins. No separate per-seat fees.

When the regulator asks for evidence, you don’t assemble it from five vendors — you export it from one module. When a control fails, you don’t get five alerts in five places — you get one ticket routed through the same workflow that handles every other operational issue.

This is what “security at an operational level” actually means: security as an integrated capability of the platform, not a stack of vendor subscriptions wrapped in your MSP’s brand.

Most MSP tools assume one M365 tenant per customer per bill — and conflate the three things that shouldn’t be conflated: the technical tenant structure, the legal billing entity, and the administrative scope. Pricing posture

One monthly retainer covering the service. Azure infrastructure separate, at cost (via our CSP or your own subscription). The retainer is not padded with per-seat PSA / RMM / CSP-portal / security-vendor / backup-vendor fees — because we don’t pay those.

Compliance posture

Audit-defensible by design.

ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified at the corporate level. The framework that powers the Managed IT platform is aligned to ISO/IEC 42001 (AI management) and aligned with ISO 27701 / 20000-1 / 22301 — under active remediation as part of the broader compliance program. Audit-ready evidence available to clients on request.

Cyber insurance compliance

Renewal evidence on demand, not a renewal scramble.

Cyber insurance underwriters are tightening every renewal cycle. The questionnaires that used to ask “do you have MFA” now ask “what percentage of users have MFA enabled, what conditional-access policies enforce it, and when did you last verify a backup restore.” Answering those well moves your premium and your eligibility; answering them poorly can disqualify you entirely.

    Documented incident response workflow per certified Security Incident Management Policy; incidents (when they occur) generate an audit trail underwriters can review.
