1. Who we are
Conscierra is a trading name of B & A Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN 53 105 040 158), an Australian-owned business registered in Queensland. Regional entities — Betts Technologies Pte Ltd (Singapore) — and authorised partners (Indonesia, Fiji) operate under the same standards but as separate legal entities for local engagement; specific entity disclosed on contracting.
Our Platform Builds product line is delivered under licence of XCentral-Framework from XCentral Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 54 642 784 003) — an independent Australian company that proprietors the framework. XCentral Solutions Pty Ltd and B & A Technologies Pty Ltd are independent companies; the relationship between them is the framework licence and no more.

You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code of the sites

3. Intellectual property
XCentral-Framework — the proprietary platform-build framework that powers our Platform Builds — and all related specifications, rules, slash commands, infrastructure templates, and authoring tooling are the intellectual property of XCentral Solutions Pty Ltd. We deliver Platform Builds under licence of XCentral-Framework from XCentral Solutions Pty Ltd.
Where we deliver a platform build under engagement, the layered ownership model applies:
- You own your production code (mirrored to your Azure DevOps), your data, and your Azure infrastructure
- We retain XCentral-Framework — the proprietary IP of XCentral Solutions Pty Ltd, accessed under licence for the duration of our framework relationship
Content on conscierra.au (text, images, structure, design) is owned by B & A Technologies Pty Ltd or its licensors. Content on xcentral.solutions is owned by XCentral Solutions Pty Ltd. Third-party brand marks shown (Microsoft, Pax8, others) are the property of their respective owners.
4. Our content discipline
We commit to honest marketing per our internal ADR-0035 (No Unauthorised Stubs) rule:
- We don’t publish fictional testimonials or fabricated case studies. When you see “Outcomes coming soon” on our site, that’s an honest signal that the content is in preparation, not invented.
- Pricing on this site is indicative. Engagement-specific pricing is provided in written quotes after a Discovery conversation.
- AI capability claims are limited to capabilities we have actually built or can demonstrate. We don’t claim performance metrics we can’t substantiate.
5. Disclaimers
The sites are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law and applicable legislation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the sites. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes statutory rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising under these Terms is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
For SG / ID / FJ jurisdictions where local law applies to local users, the applicable local law governs the consumer-protection aspects of these Terms; the rest are governed by Queensland law unless a separate engagement contract specifies otherwise.
7. Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current effective date appears below. Substantive changes are highlighted on this page for 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.
